PERSONAL COACHING

BENEFITS OF PERSONAL COACHING:

- Weekly reviews ensure immediate response to missed or altered training;
- Hand-built training program;
- Once a week coaching communication via phone or e-mail;
- Up to three, sessions of physiological testing (VO2 max);
- Up to three, strength & power evaluation sessions;
- Up to three, two-day visits from/to your coach (travel expense additional);
- Up to six, video analyses sessions for each classic and skate techniques;
- Sample files of all techniques and drills;
- Weekly analysis of training log and heart rate files;
- Weekly analysis of cardiovascular system response to the training by NorDex;
- Optimal for anyone, in any sport or profession;
- Optimal for frequent competitors and people with lofty performance and competition goals.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Your coach builds your training plan from scratch, using information from VO2 max test, strength evaluation, technique analyses and past experience. Your coach reviews your program, and NorDex data and heart rate files you provide, each week and adjusts your plan accordingly. Once every three months VO2 max testing is encouraged in order to provide proper intensity levels for optimal training benefits. Video must be recorded and uploaded by the member which will be analyzed by the coach in the form of the report (view sample). Specific drills will be assigned to the member on the member's individual page (view sample).

COACH INTERACTION
Coach works with a limited number of members to ensure you receive a superior level of attention. Communication is both member- and coach-initiated and includes telephone calls and email.

COST
Up to 6 months of Personal Coaching - $350.00 per month

12 months of Personal Coaching - $300.00 per month (SAVE $50.00 per month)
