YEAR
ROUND INDIVIDUAL
PROGRAM
This program is designed for individuals with
busy work schedules or very seriose about thier performance. One hour,
one on one lessons at your convenient time, twice a month plus complimentary
access to group program membership.
PROGRAM
BENEFITS:

- Two sessions of physiological testing (VO2 max);
- Power & strength evaluation;
- Up to four, 1.5 hour training group sessions a week (Mo, Tu, Wed,
Thur);
- Up to five, video analysis sessions for both classic and skate techniques;
- Sample files of all techniques;
- Monthly analysis of training log and heart rate files;
- NorDex analysis of cardiovascular system response to the training;
- Optimal for anyone, in any sport or profession.

HOW
DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Your coach builds group training plan from scratch. Every participant
completesVO2 max test and strength evaluation in the spring. The recorded
information from the test is also used to calculate your personal training
intensity zones. Second VO2 max test and strength evaluation are done
in the fall in order to track progress and training. You will meet with
your coach twice a month at the arranged day and time for on-on-one
individual session. Group meets together four times a week from 5:30PM
to 7:00PM at the assigned location (Monday, Tuesday, Wednsday and Thursday)
and covers diferent aspects of cross country ski training such as technqiue,
strength and interval trainng. Most of the members attend 1-3 group
sessions a week focusing on areas they need to improve or based on the
work/family schedule.
Note:
you can join Individual Program any time of the year if there is space
available.
